Firehouse Pico de Gallo

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. Firm tomatoes, cored & medium diced
    ¾ Cup- white or red onion, small diced
    3-4 Jalapenos, roughly chopped
    2/3 Cup fresh cilantro, washed, drained & chopped
    Juice of 4 limes
    1 Tb. Extra Virgin Olive Oil (for sheen)
    2-3 Tb. Rattlesnake Blend Gourmet Seasoning
    Pinch of Kosher salt (optional)

Instructions

    Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl, cover & let flavors mingle for fifteen minutes at room temp. For a TASTY Guacamole… In a large bowl, mash up about 4-5 medium sized ripened Avocados and fold in this FIERY Pico de Gallo Recipe alongside some Tortilla Chips. We recommend having some of your favorite Lager handy to subdue your flaming lips. Remember party etiquette, no double dipping! Lol
